Reservations. A reservation is confirmed once you receive our written confirmation. Rates are per apartment, per night, and include VAT and local taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation. On our flexible direct rate you may cancel free of charge until 48 hours before the day of arrival. Cancellations after that point, and no shows, are charged the first night. Non refundable and special offer rates carry their own conditions, which are shown before you confirm.
Arrival and departure. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Earlier arrival or later departure can be arranged subject to availability.
Occupancy. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy shown on its page. Please tell us the exact number of guests, including children, when you book.
Payment. Payment terms are shown at the time of booking. The climate resilience levy set by Greek law is payable on arrival.
